 The Marine Corps League is a Non-Profit Veterans Chartitable Organization that participates in and promotes community involvement. These efforts include but are not limited to programs such as the Tampa Bay Young Marines, Boy Scouts, Toys for Tots, Haley House, Scholarships and performing memorials for fallen Veterans.

Rose Fund:  In 1773 during the War of Independence the Marine Corps Rose was dedicated to those Marines who made the Ultimate Sacrifice for their country. This tradition was continued by the French during World War One when the Marines attacked the Germans in the trenches at Belleau Wood. Roses were planted by the grateful French people at the graves of the Fallen Marines. Whenever you see Leaguers or Young Marines distributing these remembrances, take one and wear it proudly.  All donations are appreciated.  Currently we are fundraising at various Publix supermarkets around the Brandon, Riverview, Bloomingdale and Valrico area thanks to the generous store managers for allowing us to set-up a table in front of their stores.


Yard Sale : Second & forth Sunday  from 07:00am - 12:00pm at American Legion Post 148, 7240 US Hwy 301, Riverview, Fl. 33569 (Note: No yard sale during the hot summar months.)

Marine Corps Birthday Ball and Cake Cutting Ceremony: Annually on a Saturday evening close to the birthday.
We also have our official Marine Corps Birthday Cake Cutting Ceremony every November 10 - (currently at the American Legion at approximately 1800).
